The Independent is looking for an Advertising and Marketing Sales Director. We're looking for someone to sell ads for the online magazine and, later on, a planned print version.The ideal candidate should have experience in advertising sales, be a self-starter and a creative thinker, and be passionate about the independent film industry. With a rich, 30-year history, loyal advertisers, and a strong subscriber base, this is a great opportunity.

Meanwhile, we're also always looking for writers and contributing editors to submit features, conduct, interviews and send us regular reports from the field. And we are also always looking for editorial interns in New York and Boston. Contact us if you're interested.
